As individuals or as organisations, we often find ourself facing challenges that can be quite overwhelming. It's often driven by the pace of change, particularly in the technological space. Life can sometimes seem like a series of unexpected situations where the punishment for the "wrong" response can be very harsh.
Driven by fear instead of opportunity, we behave in ways we hardly recognise in ourselves. We become unambitious, defensive, hesitant. This impacts how we are perceived which triggers a dip in morale that in turn reduces creativity, resilience and ultimately the ability to thrive and survive.

Working with a neutral, skilled outsider to get to the bottom of what is shaping the harmful thinking. Someone who will challenge the status quo and expose flawed, outdated patterns and build up powerful new ones.

UX consultancy
I have 25 years experience in helping teams build user-centred products and services and helping organisations incorporate technology and agility into the fabric of their business. I have in depth experience delivering in a variety of roles: as a UX Mentor (training teams to become more user-centred), as an Interaction Designer, a User Researcher, a Service Designer and as a Digital strategist. I am very used to working in an agile delivery environment.
Additionally I am deeply familiar with and passionately supportive of the GDS Digital-by-Default Service Standard. I act as a DbD mentor to teams who need to understand how to pass the GDS service assessments.
